Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel any time. Your equipment is yours, and the cameras keep recording to the hub in your house even with no plan at all.
What works without a subscription?
Everything, on your home Wi-Fi: live view, 24/7 recording, alerts, person tracking, journeys, deterrence, smart home control and automations. Away from home you still get live view with sound.
Why do some features need a plan away from home?
At home your hub does the work, so it's free. Away from home, HD video and the smart tools stream through PREMES servers — that bandwidth is what a plan pays for.
Where does my video go?
It records to the hub in your house. Only if you choose a cloud plan does a copy go offsite — and it's encrypted in your home first, with a key we never have. We can't watch it, and we can't hand it to anyone.
Can I add cameras later?
Any time. Extra outdoor and indoor cameras, doorbells, sensors and sirens can be added to any system. Offsite 24/7 recording covers four cameras on each plan, with more available as an add-on.
Do you serve my area?
We install across Bellevue, Plattsmouth, Papillion, La Vista and most of the Omaha metro — about a 30-mile radius. Outside that? Reach out anyway.
