No. Your monthly plan is month-to-month — cancel any time. Vivint locks customers into 60-month contracts. ADT requires 36. We don't lock you into anything. Your equipment is yours and your cameras keep recording locally even if you cancel monthly service.
Every home is different — number of cameras, sensor coverage, and add-ons all change the quote. We quote in person during your free consultation so you only pay for what you actually need. Financing is available on approved credit if you'd rather spread the cost over time.
Your footage stays in your house. We install a small recording hub on your network — your video records locally and only streams to your phone through an encrypted connection when you open the app. We don't keep copies on our servers.
We serve Bellevue, Plattsmouth, Papillion, La Vista, and most of the Omaha metro — about a 30-mile radius. If you're outside that, reach out anyway, especially for larger installs.
You keep all the equipment. Cameras keep recording on the local hub and you can still view footage on your home network. You only lose remote access and any subscribed paid features like VPN, identity protection, or replacement coverage.
